Stayed in a cool double room with a balcony. the location was unbeatable, just next door to an open-air shopping center. - Eateries and bars were within walking distance from the hotel. - the attached restaurant was great, with solid food and drinks.

The hotel room was huge for a family of 5 and the hotel was located right outside the international markets and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The room was clean and tidy and the water pressure for the shower was great for a hotel. The bus stop is located right outside the door to all your major attractions.

The internet access was very slow and did not work most of the time. The bathroom was very small and the pool was only about 8-10 foot long, green and located behind the car park. The TV was way too small for the room (my laptop screen was bigger). There was no main light in the room just one lamp that worked. I am a sound sleeper however I could still hear the party-goers all night even when I was located on the 7th floor.

Employees were great and the price is great for the hotel accomodations.

Over the course of our 8-night stay, we absolutely adored this place - the staff were humorous and kind, the service was remarkably helpful, and the venue was kept quite clean.

I would like to comment on the extra mile that the staff went to serve us. As initially I was not given the room that I booked online due o the unavailability.Therefore I was given a complimentary stay at the Deluxe Suite without any additional fees and stick to the original pricing of the earlier room booked via internet. Thanks to the staff and the people and look forward to see you guys at my next trip to Honolulu.

Opt for a double room on the higher floors for a better experience! the staff here are so friendly and funny. They were super sweet and provided us with top-notch service. 🌟

Nice styled and large room, pleasant view of he Honolulu skyline away from the beach. Large bathrooms with a tub. Location right by shops, restaurants and the beach and a short stroll to Waikiki --. Early check in and late check out.

Beds were too soft.

The room was large, clean and comfortable and the location was excellent both in terms of proximity to shops and restaurants etc as well as to public transport.

The room on the third floor was quite noisy, especially around 6 am each morning when the garbage trucks emptied the rubbish hoppers in the lane below my balcony. Ear plugs were provided in the room.

The staff here are really friendly and nice, and the room had amazing views and a super comfortable bed.

Checked out the University of Hawaii - easy access. Zoo - easy access. Shopping very easy access. Queen Liliokalani's Place - liked! Wished had more time for historic walking tour.

Parking garage next door for excess parking. Liked limited parking under hotel.

The staff was great. They upgraded us considering we were a family of 4. It exceeded our expectations.

the only negitive (although not a bad one) it was noisy at night but at least they provided ear plugs. It probably bothered us more due to the time difference considering we went to bed at 7pm.

Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities, friendly staff, convenient location.
